I have a cronic cough for the last 2 years. I recently was dignosed with 2 ulcers through the lining of my vocal cord. I still cough but not as much however I seem to be more forgetful. I am not sure if that is related to this medication.

I took dexilant for years with great results. The pill was blue. Then a generic came out that was also blue and it worked as well as original. Then generic became green. After about two weeks I was spitting up fluid, nauseous and experiencing heartburn. There is something seriously wrong with this generic. The pharmacist recommended trying over the counter lansoprazole which has worked fine.. that green generic needs to be investigated

Dexilant is expensive, but generic of this drug was approved in 2022,that dropped cost by 32% still expensive at $90 for one month supply. Hopefully will be off this drug by year end.

My insurance plan is requiring therapeutic interchange or instead of paying $30 for 30 pills I will pay $146.98. What do I do?

I have been dealing with GERD for 8 years and this finally hepls. I have my good days and my bad but overall this has helped. My only problem is how much it costs. I dont have health insurance and I was told that it is very expensive. I sure hope I can afford it.

I have to take this because i have a stomach ulcer. For me, it took about no time at all but with sulfate to coat the ulcer with this drug to lower the amount of acid building, i began to feel less and less pain each day. I am very greatful to be put on this, works better then anything ive take for my ulcer so far.

My doctor put me on this medication so I would only have to take one pill once a day. It worked fairly well to control my acid reflux. However, after three weeks I started to become depressed, a side effect that I have never experienced before with any medication. Once I was off the medication I was fine.

I had been taking omeprazole for years and it was no longer taking care of my reflux disease. My doctor gave me some samples of the dexlansoprazole and it took care of my problem with 1 dose.
