Though medication works wonderfully, is easy to use and quite effective this medication will no longer be used in my house. The decongestant in the medication has been the cause of episodes of tachycardia (rapid heart rate) in my teenage children too many times. I've replaced it with Mucinex (the expectorant only) and am very, very satisfied.
