I took only 1 pill. It worked quickly. That part was great. But the next day I felt terrible. Sore throat, groggy, headache, congested. Ruined my day. Will not use again.

Loved the ease of use, the fact that it works. However, I have dime-sized red blotches under both of my eyes and on my jaw after using on/off for about 3-4 weeks. I'm also itchy & restless.

Did it's job and made me sleepy, helped me sleep alot longer than usual. But, it made my vaginal area feel strange and tight as well making my legs feel tingly and restless for about the first 10-20 minutes. I also felt like I had a little anxiety. Over all it's good for getting back on schedule, i only take it once and usual I get back on track. I might take it again if i have the sleepingg issues again tomorrow. But I'm going to try not to because of the uncomfortable vaginal side effect.

I have heard that this doesn't work well with insomniacs. so if you have trouble sleeping on a regular basis, this in not the cure.

It gave me a solid night's rest, however I woke up with a sore throat and some mucus in my lungs. At first I thought I was sick, but my sore throat vanished soon after getting up and the mucus seems to be clearing up. It get's the job done, just bare in mind you may be a little groggy in the morning. Good luck sleeping everyone!

Zzzquil works for me for a few days, and then I get used to it and it makes me so uncomfortable, it gives me restless arms and legs, I call them the "stretchies", makes me itch and keeps me awake. I have to stop using it for a few days every few days, I wish I could find something better.

I had some trouble sleeping, and thought I would give it a try, it did absolutely nothing accept leaving me with a headache and dizzy feeling 30 minutes after I took it, and if I managed to fall asleep, I woke up with the same headache and dizzy feeling, kind of like going to bed drunk and waking up with a hangover. I was very disappointed! I suffer from anxiety and this stuff did nothing but put me into a very anxious and panicky mode! would not recommend taking it if you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks.Read More Read Less

This product knocks me out within 20mins and sleep soundly thru the night. Awesome product! If it doesn't work for you then your problem is worst than you think. It WONT work for insomiacs!!!

Took this after a friend recommended it. Sadly it didn't work at all. If anything it kept me up all night as I couldn't sleep at all. I do suffer from anxiety, and I'm not sure if this played a part or not, but I certainly didn't get any benefit from it.

This has worked great for me with absolutely no side effects. Previously used a muscle relaxer to sleep but his works just as good.

I didn't put it together but I started having acute anxiety and hyperactivity after taking Zzzquil.. Almost mania. I last took it the night before this one and I still seem to have it in my system. I can not sleep at all. I slept 3 of 48 hours. I did not know it was the same as Benadryl or I would not have taken it.

I have taken Zzzquil for about a month, and so far it works great. I fall asleep and stay solidly asleep for about 5-6 hours, with the recommended adult dose. I have not had any negative side effects, however, I have had one strange effect. About 1 minute after ingesting a dose of Zzzquil, it feels like muscles in my vaginal area tense up. It's almost like being turned on, it resembles the same feeling as drinking contrast before a cat scan. I can't think of any reason why that would happen. Does this happen to anyone else? Lots of stress in my life kept me from falling and asleep and staying asleep. I would usually get up in the middle of the night a watch TV for an hour or two because it was just terrible laying in bed with my mind going non-stop. This product has helped me SO much. I go to sleep faster and sleep 8 hours even with a bathroom break. I don't use as much as the label advises because I weigh only 114 poundss. I took this med at 8:30pm and at 4:00am I was still wide awake!! It actually had the opposite effect on me!! I am also suffering from itchy eyes right now, so I thought it would help with that, also. NOT!! I tossed and turned all night long. Felt like I had been given a stimulant instead!

I was drinking alcohol nightly to get to sleep, but hated the after effects (go figure). Since taking Zzzquil, I now rarely drink alcoholic beverages. Prior to Zzzquil, I tried various dosages of Melatonin, but even 1 mg made me feel sluggish the next day, and my sleep wasn't as restful. I love Zzzquil!

Prior to finding this, I went through many, many sleep aids that were unreliable and inconsistent at best. ZzzQuil Oral is easy and effective. No side effects unless I get up within 3 hours of taking it, and then I feel a little groggy, but barely enough to notice and nothing coffee doesn't cure immediately.

Just doesn't work. I use NyQuil liquid and that works fine. Was hoping not to lug around a bottle when traveling , but no.

Since I graduated I've been having a very hard time falling & staying asleep. I've been taking ZzzQuil for about a 1 1/2 months now & it works great for me! I'm falling asleep more easily now & staying asleep longer.

My son takes this to help him sleep. This is better than anything he has tried with no side affects.
