Just started Duavee a little over 2 weeks ago. I had practically zero estrogen so this was definitely needed. I am also protecting my bones as I have osteopenia and don't want it to get any worse. Now the good part, sex is much better, actually thinking about it more whereas before my brain was not tuned in at all. My mood is much better. I'm more like my old self, happy and not depressed lik...

It has significantly helped me with the hot flashes but I am really bloated after 3 months and has made my constipation issues worse

I have been taking the drug for 5 months it immediately helped with the hot flashes, lack of sleep and mood swings. I did have an increase in migraines. I have also experienced stomach virus symptoms (vomiting, stomach ache and body aches) on 4 occasions since using the drug. Not sure if these symptoms are related. Did not help vaginal burning. Using estrace cream once a week which helps. Has anyone else experienced stomach flu symptoms?

I am post menopausal and have had horrible night flashes and sweats and painful intercourse, break through bleeding. I have been taking this medication for 2 weeks now and have had no flashes, no night sweats, and no bleeding. I have had a headache off and on the first week and have noticied my appetite is less (which is fine). Totally satisfied so far!

I started on Duavee 2 weeks ago for hot flashes and dyspareunia. I have a significant history of migraines. When I started this medication I had no headache for 4 days straight!! The headaches returned but less intense. I have had a decrease in the number of hot flashes daily. There has been no significant change in the painful intercourse. I use a vaginal gel in conjunction with the Duavee but still no relief. I will give the medication at least a month before deciding on another form of treatment with my GYN.Read More Read Less

I've been using this drug for 2 weeks and I am experiencing significant breast tenderness and I am still experiencing hot flashes. I am going to call my doctor and let him know that I am going to discontinue this therapy.

My mood and other symptoms have improved already. I have experienced a few light headaches, but not daily. I have a decreased appetite, which is great. I have had a few instances of slight nausea when I have not had anything to eat in several hours.

Don't use this for menopause there are safer methods to help you through menopause. This is cruel to mares because their urine is used in this medication. Mare urine is not bioidental to the human body.

I was taking the stronger dose of Activella, but after three months I was still having break-through bleeding. My doctor changed me to Duavee, and the bleeding stopped a week later. I have had zero bleeding for the three months I've been taking it.

I have been using the drug for six weeks for hot flashes (definitely eliminated that), and osteoporosis + bone pain. So far, the bone pain has not been eliminated.

I was using the patch and after taking it 3 months, I leveled out on it. Then my Dr. switched me to Duavee, I have been taking it for a month. I started having hot flashes several times a day, and a headache every day for the last week. I'm hoping it will level out like the patch.
