1 year and so far no side effects that I can speak of. Had to switch from 150mg to 300 to be effective

very good no side effects been on it for 4 years

It seems to cause me to sleep too soundly ,but, I have trouble falling asleep since taking this medication and I also sometimes have decreased urine output and increased edema, a lot of dizziness on rising from bed or chair and can't awaken quickly!!

This particular drug have a side effect; dry cough.

I have been taking this medicine for about a week, and I have pains in my legs, also tired, also sweaing alot. I also noticed that my sinuis starting to act up. It did work to lower blood pressure

Can this pill be cut in half if it is a 300mg

i have only been taken this medicine for a short while and have lower blood pressure and feel much better

SHOULD MAKE GENERIC BRAND!MY PHARMACY PLAN IS NOT THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

FIRST COUPLE OF YEARS OK, ONLY SLIGHT DIZZY OR LIGHTHEADED SYMPTOMS.. THESE SYMPTOMS GOT EXTREMLY WORSE ..BLOOD PRESSURE CONTINUED TO DROP RAPIDLY ..I CONSIDER MYSELF TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE . WORK OUT ON REGULAR SCHEDULE ..GOOD FOR A TIME AND THEN PROBLEMS ..

i am taking this with a dieuetic built into it but I am having leg pains.

My dr changed me because I was coughing w/previous meds and with Avalide I like the easiness of one pill but not remembering to take it everyday that when I miss and start again I get depressed. I constantly have leg cramps and have to sleep w/socks but doesnt' always help

This is my third blood pressure pill change. Took Hyzaar, lowered my blood pressure too much. Then went to Lipoprin, coughed all the time. Just started taking this medicine and am having side effects with it too. Headaches, dizzy, back head pressure, breathing not good with my ashma. Vision blurred and mouth drying out and eyes also, and makes me sleepy. Is anyone else having all these effects. Seems like I felt better before I was put on these meds.

It did bring my blood pressure down significantly. It might contribute to tiredness, bloating, and dryness to some degree in my mouth. Once in a great while my heart will race for very short time.

HAVE BEEN TAKING AVALIDE 300-25MG FOR 4 MONTHS NOW BP STAYING 120-80 HOWEVER LAST 2 WEEKS HAVE FELT LIGHTHEADED AND TIRED ALSO GETTING LEG CRAMPS AT NIGHT THESE ARE REALLY BAD! WILL SEE DR. AND HOPEFULLY FIX PROBLEM.
