Normalyte is the best rehydration salt I've found! I have a form of dysautonomia that causes me to be chronically dehydrated. It contains a perfect amount of electrolytes using the WHOs formula for rehydration. It works fast too! I can use my HSA to purchase it, and buying in bulk makes it cheaper than other popular brands.
