I had to drop from 300mg to 200 mg due to extreme fatigue and side affects. The 200 mg dose in combination with sugar free low carb diet made a wonderful combination with much more energy and I have been on this Almost 2 years now after I had a recurrence. Praying it keeps working!

I’ve been on Zejula for two years. Yesterday, my oncologist recommended I stop as this parp inhibitor would no longer benefit my health. I’ve been researching whether I should continue or not and cannot find a clear answer. The side effects after two years , according to my oncologists, could lead to leukemia. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the right decision is.

Did great with chemo and sugery for ovarian cancer. I was started on Zejula in June 2022, on it for less than 5 weeks when I developed pneumonitis, could not breathe after 3-4 steps-in hospital for a week, thought I was going to die.In September 2022 I developed bilateral leg pain, stiffness, foot pain, much difficulty walking-diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica. THANK YOU so much you FILTHY FILTHY drug for destroying my life. THIS IS A DANGEROUS DRUG.

I started on Zejula first week of June 2022 200 mg/day after 6 rounds of chemo, surgery, then 2 more rounds of chemo for stage 3 B ovarian clear cell carcinoma diagnosed Sept. 2021 at age 68. I had ZERO physical issues with the chemo, which amazed me. I just had low neutrophils and was on Udenyca. CA 125 came down rapidly and has stayed down. Signatera blood test was negative for cancer cells the end of June. First few weeks on Zejula I felt fine, no symptoms to speak of, only very, very mild nausea a couple of times. I am on my second batch of Zejula now and I feel very differently: low grade fever/chills almost every day, tired, fatigued to the point that I have no interest in anything, no energy for anything, including shower and dinner some days. WHY WOULD THERE BE SUCH A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FIRST MONTH AND SECOND MONTH? If these quality of life issues continue, I will be stopping Zejula. If the cancer comes back, so be it. Feeling like crap every day is not worth it.Read More Read Less

I am a High Grade Serous Carcinoma survivor. I had surgery and chemo therapy in 2019. I finished chemo in Sept 2019 & have been taking Zejula since Dec 2019. Started on 300mg & had dramatic platelet drop. Went to 200mg & still had platelet problems. Have been on 100mg since Feb 2020 & it's working out great. CA125 has been consistent at 13 & scans show no recurrence. Last scan was 2wks ago. My outstanding gyn oncologist & Zejula have saved my life & I pray this continues.Other than moderate fatigue, I feel great,Read More Read Less

I have been on Zejula since March 2017. I started on 300mg and am currently on 100mg. I have been on a combination of Zejula and Avastin for about 2 years. Side effects (headaches and fatigue) have been manageable.

I did have issues at first with higher dosages I needed a transfusion. My platelets dropped to 30! However, I finally settled on 100mg (1 pill) and so far so good ??. Numbers are stable. Still fatigued but still only 8 months in remission from Peritoneal Carcimotitis/ Endometrial Cancer

During my two months on Zejula, I experienced low platelet and neutrophil counts and higher BP. My CA 125 rose from 34 to 550 during this time. An MRI showed disease progression. I'm done with Zejula
