I started using this when I had a reaction from the glue when I had eyelash extensions. It’s actually amazing and too the red out of my eyes when trying Visine 3 times in a row in about 10 min the red was still there. That was in August 2018. Now if I don’t use Lumify 2-3 times a day my eyes are severely dry, itchy and red! I’ve actually rubbed my eyes so much trying not to use Lumify that I’ve ru...

These drops will make your eyes white all right, BUT the eye pain, the excruciating headache, the itchy irritability that you suffer instantly and for days after is not worth it at all. With the price being high and the side effects being so sever I would NEVER put these in my eyes again nor would I want any other person to either. These should be banned form use. The price was hefty but whatever, that is nothing compared to the instant and long term effects this has had on me. I'd sue if I could!Read More Read Less

My eye dr told me to buy lumify because my eyes were sun burned and always red. I have big beautiful blue eyes I’m 51 years old. I tried this product and they looked amazing. Put them in Next day at work and my eyes felt heavy the first hour. Then when I went to bed they felt scratchy and I couldn’t see my book I was reading. I’m reading the reviews now. Not putting these drops in ever again. And callling my eye dr so she knows to stop recommending it.

My eye doctor told me to get these to help relieve the redness in my eyes and I had a severe reaction to these drops. My eye is bright red, swollen and the pain is excruciating. I've been waking up in the middle of the night because of it. It hurts to move my eye and the headaches are killer. My eye was slightly red before without any serious pain and now it's unbearable. I have to take migraine medication to ease the symptoms.

I bought these and could not open the bottle. My husband could not open the bottle either. Tried using a knife, injured my finger, not serious.

Do not use these eye drops. Will make your eyes more red dependent on them. Felt like I was going blind by the end of the work day could barely see the computer, gritty, brightness felt like it was burning my eyes. Got an eye exam have to get glasses progressives, now I have cataracts at 42. I could see fine before using lumify been wearing sunglasses for a week using regular lubricanting drops hopefully the pain from lights will start to get better.

Without question, the best drops for removing redness. Works extremely fast. Visene is not even in the same league as this drop. I have chronically red eyes from wearing contacts for too long when I was younger and now have permanently red eyes because of it. Lumify is the best drop by far to remove redness and make your eyes nice and white.

Used Lumify to brighten my eyes which worked, but the side effects were so bad not worth taking the drops. After two days my eyes were very gritty by the end of the day and more so in the morning. They started to become red in the morning as well. Stopped taking the drops and hopefully my eyes will go back to the way they were.

Lumify got some of the redness out, but it made my eyes feel so gritty that it wasn’t worth it. My eye doctor recommended Upneeq and it’s been fantastic. So much more comfortable!! Upneeq makes my eyes ridiculously white. It also improved my vision. Forget Lumify, Hello Upneeq!

It does the job, it’ll make your eyes white. But the rebound redness is insane and becomes so bad that I had to use it or else my eyes were bloodshot red. Also after starting Lumify, visene completely stopped working! Overtime it caused my vision to change and be blurry without it. Turned my perfect vision so blurry I got a glasses prescription. I could not read the license plate of the car in front of me anymore. My eyes would be burning and very dry all the time. I finally stopped using it. I dealt with the extremely red eyes and now several months have gone by and my eyes are white again. I have been on the refresh artificial tears (no preservative kind) and my vision has greatly improved. I try not to use the glasses as I want my eyes to fully recover. I find when I use the glasses it makes my vision without it seem even worse. So if you use, use in moderation and be careful from falling into the trap of using it every single day. Also, I had more migraines during the time of using it. It’s possible it could be related, but I’m not sure. Read More Read Less

I used these one time and the next morning it looked like I had two black eyes. All the areas around my eyes was red and puffy. Everyone I saw that day said I looked exhausted and sick. Obviously I had an allergic reaction to something in the drops

Lumify is NOT a lubricating eye drop. If you have red eyes that you wish to whiten AND that dry, scratchy feeling (or known dry eye syndrome) you should first put 1 drop of Lumify in each eye then wait at least a full 5 minutes before applying an OTC lubricating, antihistaminic, or prescription (as the case may be) eye drop in each eye. The product’s directions make this pretty clear.

I have chronically red eyes. Me and my ophthalmologists have tried every combination of eye drops and treatments out there, but there seems to be no clear underlying reason. Lumify is the only drop that leads to an improvement without issues like rebound redness. However, my eyes do not respond well to preservatives in eye drops, like the BAK in Lumify (I feel a slight irritation which I do not have when using drops without preservatives). I think I would have an even better Lumify if they released a version without this preservative. Still, even with this limitation, it is a huge quality of life improvement. I can now go to job interviews without looking like a drug addict.Read More Read Less

On the 3rd application of the Lumify drops I experienced jagged lines of light, going up and down in both eyes. It stopped after about 2 minutes. I am afraid to use the drops again.

Now if I don’t use Lumify 2-3 times a day my eyes are severely dry, itchy and red! I’ve actually rubbed my eyes so much trying not to use Lumify that I’ve rubbed most of my bottom lashes off and about 1/2 of my top ones! It’s like it’s an addiction for my eyes! I went from using Lumify 1-2x a week to every day at least twice. I can’t read my phone or see my tablet unless I use it and I don’t dare drive unless I use it! It’s horrible and it’s also painful! It feels like I’ve got sand in my eyes until I finally break down and put some in my eyes. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this product? Read More Read Less
