I have suffered with severe plaque psoriasis for 30+ years and this is the first time I have had relief and results. This has worked miracles for me and I am so grateful. I can actually wear short sleeves again. My elbows and hands have cleared and my legs (my worst area) are getting so much better!

I have only had week zero and 4 week injections. I am still, waiting for a reduction of plaque psoriasis in scalp, finger nail beds, and elbows.I am hopeful that I will see an improvement soon, if not I will see about going back on Humira.

I have been afflicted with Psoriasis for about four years. I tried many topical meds and the sun when it was out in Seattle. It became an emotional issue and worked on my head. However, University of Washington clinical physician found that I could qualify through my insurance and it worked beyond my wildest dreams. Clear within five weeks completely. In August I will have my next injection after have my two initial in April.

Obviously, I can't speak for anyone else's experience but for me I say, Thank God for Skyrizi, it has given me my life back. I was diagnosed in Jan of 19 and my condition fairly quickly got pretty bad. I was on Otezla for 5 months and it did absolutely nothing for me, not knocking the product but it just wasn't for me. by the end of the year, i was in terrible shape suffering frequent flare ups and associated horrors (swelling, bleeding, etc.) I started Skyrizi this past Jan, It has definitely done its job and fortunately for me, i haven't experienced any negative side effects. I pray for people who have dealt with this much longer and maybe even more severe than I have that they can find some reliefRead More Read Less

I wore a dress again for the first time in over 20 years. Cannot say enough good things....very few side effects for me and by the time I took the booster shot at 4 weeks, I was halfway to clear...now about 95 per cent! The support team is excellent as is the dispensing pharmacy. I tried so many things to combat this disease and this is the ONLY thing that has every worked!

After 12 years of psoriasis, numerous topicals, a pill, and phototherapy, I have found what works. I'm almost completely clear and I'm taking my 3rd dose, including the starter dose, in a few days. I thought I was stuck with this the rest of my life. I haven't had a sleepless night because of itching in months and I can now vacuum like a normal person since it doesn't look like a snow storm in my house.

I have achieved 100% clearance on this drug in under 3 weeks! I had it pretty bad in the usual areas: scalp, armpits, navel, groin, back. It is very easy to self-inject (tiny needle, doesn't hurt), no side effects, and after the first 4 weeks you only have to take it every 3 months. I would recommend this drug to anyone with psoriasis, it is a life-changer!

I have had plaque psoriasis for about 17 years now and NOTHING had worked before using this. It cleared my skin in literally 2.5 weeks. One dosing shot, then another 4 weeks later and then just one every 90 days. This has worked wonders!!

Skyrizi is the 5th biologic I have taken for my psoriasis and is the ONLY ONE that has shown results. At 3.5 weeks, my skin is starting to clear for the 1st time in 30 years! I am very encouraged with Skyrizi co far and would highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from the scourge known as plaque psoriasis.

1 starter shot, another one at 4 weeks, then once every 12 weeks. You have to self inject, but the needle are very fine and easy to use....i hate needles, but this are very thin. I have seen immediate results in 3-4 weeks. Plague went from 20-30 % coverage of my body to about 3-7%
