Sugar elevated to 400-500 several times a day while taking the drug. I had yellow bowel movements. And brown urine. And started to give me jondous. Drug is unacceptable and the FDA is a horrible establishment for putting this on the market. Shame on them!!!

Hello. At the age of 32 I was diagnosed stage 3 breast cancer. I was in remission and then at age 39 I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer to the bones and lungs. My doctor prescribed this medication after taking the cancer dna test. I have completed one prescription of 28 days on 200 mg tablet once a day. So far my side effects have been a little nausea and fatigue. My doctor warned me to avoid sugars because the meds will cause my blood sugar level to go high. Overall Iâ??m happy with the medication and look forward to my PET scan in January to ensure the meds are doing what they are supposed to do. In the mean time Iâ??m learning how to eat less carbs and sugar in my diet. It has so far been interesting trying this lifestyle change especially since I LOVE potatoes. But itâ??s all worth it to be able to live and take care of my kids. My doctor mentioned if I continue to do well with this medication then she will up my dosage. I would love to find other reviews on the medication but have had little luck since it is new. Good luck and God bless to all those fighting this fight. Read More Read Less
