The med has been a miracle worker for me but the idea of using a pen contradicts the intelligence of Regeneron. Never had a problem over the four years of using the Dupixent syringe but after injecting with the pen the medication went into my stomach muscle thus causing pain and risking infection. ZERO star for the pen!

Dupixent worked wonders for me and had zero problems with the injector pen. Simply follow the easy directions and videos.

As a mother I did not like giving this to my child and my child hates needles and hates taking this medicine. Every time she would cry and I would get anxiety giving it to her. The medicine did work to clear her eczema, hyperpigmentation, and asthma symptoms. However, she still had a rash that remained until we stopped it and she developed a bald spot in her hair that was diagnosed as eczema. Her mildly skin eczema did return but not as bad when we started the shots. The company should make the needles smaller, its too long as my child would describe as going deep in her skin. She did have swelling and redness. We tried to give it a yr, but as a parent I just hate seeing her in pain and we both agreed to stop it despite it helping her. We are now back to steroids. Also, be careful, as doctors are billing this as chemotherapy! My insurance would not pay for because they billed it incorrectly. Though its a chemo type drug, my child was not receiving chemotherapy.Read More Read Less

This medicine cleared my skin and stopped the terrible itching shortly after my first injection. The pen injector is very easy and painless to use. Instructions included with this drug makes the whole process easy. I plan to stay on this drug as long as possible to insure the itching will not return.

The pen is horrible. Get the pre-filled syringe. The pen has spilled thousands $$$ of medication and requires pressure risking intramuscular injection.
