In very early COPD, I appreciate Breztri's making shortness of breath and wheezing almost non-existent when I walk on flat surfaces. My complaint is that the last "20" doses have hard any medicine in the sprays. Yes, I cleaned it and pressed as hard as with earlier doses. No side effects.

Took it first at bedtime, had a bad night, and could barely get a breath the next morning. By evening I could breath again, and took another dose and had the same effect the next morning, but with chest, back and shoulder pain, radiating to throat and jaw, which lasted until the evening. I skipped the following day, then took it again the next morning with the same painful effects which lasted thr...

My new Dr put me on this for my COPD and it has made it worse. My lungs became inflamed and started coughing up blood. I had every side effect that was on the paper in the box it came in. This should come with a red box warning. I have since went back on my Spiriva and I feel allot better and all the adverse side effects are starting to go away. I do not recommend this product.

A new provider changed my medication from Symbicort to Bretzri. She said it was a "better" version of Symbicort. I took Breztri for almost a month and it did nothing but make my symptoms much worse. I had to call 911 and go to the hospital last weekend over symptoms I have now linked to Bretztri. I noticed the squeezing in my chest like heart problems and the shortness of breath got worse early on after taking it and stopped, the symptoms went away. I tried it again and it landed me in a heart hospital. I don't really want to go back to Symbicort either because I've noticed heart-related symptoms and GI/Digestive problems that exacerbate my lung problems since being on inhaled steroids, but Bretzri is by far the worst out of all I've taken. I think it's down-right dangerous.Read More Read Less

The yellow dispenser is a huge disappointment. Compared to the white dispenser, It has less medicine with each puff, lasts less time and often dispenses air only. I have had to cut back or cease many activities. Please restore use of white dispenser and include enough medicine so it does not give out during the last 10 to 20 puffs.

It helps me breathe better, I have bronchiectasis and pulmonary fibrosis, it brings up phlegm, but it burns my throat, larynx and vocal cords inside, I'm hoarse all the time because of this spray that I can't stop using, it gives me fatigue, i use it with a spacer because it's better and it burns my throat a little less but my vocal cords are burned even though i do gargle after each use.

it's the delivery system this new yellow applicator is horrible .I'm only getting little spray's of a dose. I kept wasting them trying to get a full dose, and the counter is not working correctly.. I never had this problem with the white one. This is so expensive but does such a good job when it's working. I opened 2 to see if it was me and what I was doing wrong, it drove me crazy for a week. It does not work . What awful and dangerous product released to the public.I actually had to take a leave of absence from work because I was struggling to breath and I hadn't figured it out yet. I also ended up in pulmonary rehab. This caused me so much stress ,I kept thinking it was me not the applicator. Now that I figured it out where do I go from here ?OH back to my Dr. again I was just there because of all this, great another copay.Read More Read Less

I was taking 1 puff of Incruse in the morning, 2puffs of Advair twice a day 12 hrs apart, 1 puff of Atrovent 4 times a day and Ventolin as needed. I was doing this regime for at least a yr. stopped Mar 7. My lung specialist wanted to see if Breztri would do the same or better with less inhalers to carry around. Mar.8 is when I started 2 puffs twice a day 12 hrs apart, I am also taking 1puff of Atrovent twice a day 4 hrs after each breztri, no more incruse, Ventolin as needed. I should be finished my first 120 cylinder Apr.6 . For about the first 2 weeks I really I didn't notice any difference other than less inhalers to carry around. Today is Mar 26, the amount of phlegm I am coughing up is more or less the same however a small amount of blood (past 4 days) is appearing in it now also my treadmill sessions are slightly more difficult. I plan to see either my specialist or family doctor asap but will continue with the Breztri routine till then. Read More Read Less

I have used this medication for 2+ years. The white Inhaler work poorly, always running out. When I got the new yellow inhaler I thought they had finally fixed their problem, wow was I wrong. The new one is even worse the the old onw. Even thought this medicine works well for me with no side effects, I"m tried of paying for an expensive medicine that doesn't work. I will be looking for something else.

I have had COPD for about 20 years. It has never been under control until I started this medication a month ago. Over the years I have tried probably most other meds available. Each one had such bad side effects for me that I had to discontinue them. The only one that I could tolerate was Zenhale which did nothing at all to help with my breathing. I do have side effects with Breztri but they are easily tolerable considering the help this med has been for me. Until I started Breztri, I was wheezing every day and would wake many nights gasping for air. I used my rescue inhaler many times daily. Since changing to Breztri, I have not had to use the rescue inhaler once and for the first time in twenty years am able to breath normally with no wheezing. I haven't seen my pulmonary Dr. since starting this med but I am sure when I see him next, my lung function tests will show close to being what is normally expected for my age. Also, unlike most other reviewers here, I was able to achieve more doses than stated on the puffer and had no problem with it dispensing the medication. Cost is not a factor for me as my medications are covered.Read More Read Less

Breztri has added I feel years to my life and I was so much more active with just two puffs twice a day no more emergency inhaler. I was so happy until samples stopped and I found out it would cost $115 per inhaler!!! I guess it's for those that can afford it, and not those that really need and believe in Breztri. And that's with Medicare/optum/ UAW Trust, so why raise people's hope just to bring us crashing down!!!

I've been using Breztri for a long time. I've been satisfied with the way it has worked with me along with my Albuterol rescue inhaler. My only criticism is with the new dispenser. I used it as instructed, cleaned it & it developed problems dispensing. I had to take the canister out, reinsert to get a dose. It ran out too quickly & my insurance wouldn't cover until the appropriate amount of time. I'll still use it, it works well when the dispenser works, however I'll be talking to my doctor about finding something else that won't run out too soon.Read More Read Less

I love Breztri, I got COPD and long Covid, I do get extreme cramps so I take magnesium, potassium, calcium and B complex to counter. I got the new yellow inhaler and just hating it right now, only gives half the medication, so had to take 4 puffs, cause it gets plugged or airless more than the previous one, there is no shaker bead it's design is like a meat thermometer, so I can see how many more useless half puffs I have left... Breztri really worked, but now have to get another rescue inhaler albuterol. Wish they could work this inhaler situation out.. Read More Read Less

I finally read the side effect list, have pretty much all of them aside from death (so far). I've even contacted the pharmaceutical company about how horrible the delivery system is for this drug, they said it wasn't approved for use with a spacer, yet your Dr insists a spacer is used, it just doesn't deliver a consistent dosage and plugs up. Constant thrush.

Great when it works! One canister was empty when it showed 80 puffs left. There are never puffs left when it registers 10 puffs left. The yellow casing is worse than white with barely any medicine released per puff. This product is a lifesaver for COPD when it works. Disturbing that at such an expensive price, the product is faulty. Any hope for correcting the issues?? We need this!!

Works about ten hours- not twelve. Helps to "prep" first. Do cleansing breaths- shake the canister well- inhale deeply and hold it as long as you can. takes about ten minutes to kick in so wait on that walk... Makes me shaky and nervous on occasion. Rarely use my rescue inhaler but I keep it close. Itchy scalp, too. Overall- it's working for me.

I am disappointed that I spend $400.00 for this medication that only lasts for 2 weeks. The inhaler stops working so I go without the proper doses. I haven't had to use a recue inhaler in the first two weeks but am last two weeks. I take the medication for a reason, not to go without it for two weeks.

Since starting it 3 weeks ago, I cough all the time. My chest and back hurt. My mood is way down, feels close to depression. I think the inhaler is very hard to use and I feel I don't get much. My tongue has a coating that brushing and gargling don't get rid of. Am going back on anoro!

I just started this inhaler and I have been nonstop coughing up mucus which in turn causes my airways to be inflamed and then I'm using my rescue inhaler again. Not sure why my doctor took me off symbicort to be honest. Not using this anymore, that's for sure.
