In very early COPD, I appreciate Breztri's making shortness of breath and wheezing almost non-existent when I walk on flat surfaces. My complaint is that the last "20" doses have hard any medicine in the sprays. Yes, I cleaned it and pressed as hard as with earlier doses. No side effects.

I have asthma and chronic bronchitis. Started off ok but noticed I still needed my Albuterol more than not. Felt extremely foggy in the brain and very weak and air would cut off quickly. Also just lethargic in general. I have had covid. I finally decided to stop this and go back to my asthma treatment. I felt better overnight. I am hypersensitive to most meds sadly and was hopeful this would help....

Well it has actually worked as far as not needing a rescue inhaler every day but my voice has changed and the pain in my legs and feet are near unbearable. Lots of Flem. Coughing and yes you will get itchy scalp. Also I got a rash from it at first. Anoro was better but also gave me pain and wasn't as strong. This canister needs work at best. If the side effects go it would be great. I hope all of us here get better or at least better quality of life.

Poor delivery. Medication is the best, but only getting half the inhaled usage. Too expensive for this to happen

Early stage COPD, product eliminated need for my rescue inhaler. Highly recommend for appropriate diagnosis.

Medication only lasts about 8 hrs. The dispenser is very poor quality. I have yet to get one that actually keeps track accurately. The counter has never worked below 20 and has stopped working as high as 100. For the cost of this medication, I would think AstraZeneca could at least provide a decent dispenser!

Never had thrush until breztri. That was irritating but I swore almost every day I was having a heart attack and that was frightening. It feels as if there is a hard fist of iron behind my sternum. And the hoarseness! It was exhausting trying to talk, clear my throat, cough so I could be understood. And I often thought "what's that funny noise?" It was me wheezing and crackling. I only have asthma. My gp acts irritated if I have "complaints". But this ain't working.

I had 3 flare ups in two months. My pulmonologist put me on Breztri in late November Love it had zero flare ups and no wheezing at all Agree that the dispenser is not the best but started using a spacer in late January Cannot say enough btw not good for glaucoma patients but was told by both doctors lungs are more important

Took it first at bedtime, had a bad night, and could barely get a breath the next morning. By evening I could breath again, and took another dose and had the same effect the next morning, but with chest, back and shoulder pain, radiating to throat and jaw, which lasted until the evening. I skipped the following day, then took it again the next morning with the same painful effects which lasted through the day. I did not take it at all yesterday, but still had pain between my shoulder blades which is with me as I type. I had been going to test it again to be sure it was this before tossing it. I knew it had to be this stuff, or a heart attack. Instead I found this review board, which has several of the same issues I experienced. Breztri is now in the trash. I won't 'test' it again, as it may be courting death to do so. It felt like a heart attack coming on. Read More Read Less

At first I thought it was helping a lot but the last 3-3 weeks it has diminished. The biggest problem is the device that is too small, especially for a chamber. It's also a low quality device that needs improvement.

I found this product has done nothing for me. No side effects outside of becoming hoarse, which went away when I used mouth wash. It did not improve my breathing or make it worse. I can not see paying a kings ransom for a drug that gives me no value.

I started using Breztri about 6 months ago and ever since I have coughed more and been short of breath more so I went back to Spiriva and Cymbicort and I feel better already. This stuff is Garbage and if you value your health stay as far away as you can from it as you can .

My breathing got so bad I couldn't do anything without my chest tightening and I started wheezing and gasping for breath. I couldn't even make my bed without getting winded. I went back to advair.

It works real good until you use about half of the inhaler then it diminishes to the point of doing nothing. A new canister and the same thing. It also caused heartburn and I believe scalp acne. For the price that they want for this there should be no side affects and it should work as intended. I won't use any more over priced inhalers until there are no ill side effects.

My doctor gave me samples of Breztri. She said to take it for at least three days. Then let her know If wanted to continue it. I couldn't take it longer than three days. My chest tighten up and it didn't last from eight hours to eight hours. I had no wheeze until I took this. Four puffs a day. No thank you. I am back on my once a day Breo. With no more yeast or thrush which Breztri caused.

I have bronchiectasis. I have only used Breztri for 2 weeks. I didn’t like how my tongue got most of the inhaled mist so I use a chamber that has a longer mouthpiece and sits over the tongue. For me, Breztri has lessened my cough and lightened my SOB. I have no side effects so far.

Do not be deceived this new show pony for COPD will leave you gasping for breath your lungs and chest will feel very tight. It is frightening and you will run back to Symbicort. This drug also will make you hold water like a two hump camel. I don't know who they tested it on (stuffed animals). Give us a break.
