When my pharmacy sent me a notification that my Xulane had been switched to this new alternative, I definitely did NOT have any positive expectations, especially after visiting many review posts on Zafemy. I was extremely worried about breakthrough bleeding, heavy clotting, a messed up cycle (I'm 30, so I've had more than enough of inconsistent cycling), and the consistent reviews that the Zafemy ...

This patch doesn't stay on at all. They are too thin and I've been getting slight abdominal pain since I've been using this brand for the past month or so. I don't know what happened with Xulane, but please bring it back because Zafemy isn't it. I think I'm going to have my gynecologist prescribe me a different form of birth control because I don't feel protected with Zafemy at all. This patch is suppose to prevent pregnancy but I don't feel confident that it will. Be aware ladies for you've been warned! Read More Read Less

Two patches have fallen off within the first 8 hours of attempted wear. My RX only came with 3 to last 3 weeks which obviously isn’t going to happen. Do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible. I was on the Xulane patches and had absolutely no issues. This is my second month with this brand and after day 3 the patch falls off and there is no pharmacy that has the xulane patches for me to go back to! My cycle is completely off now and I don’t know what to do!Do not waste your time trying these.

My pharmacy auto filled my prescription with Zafemy this month rather than Xulane. Compared to Xulane, the Zafemy patch is super thin. I am at the end of week 2 and have gone through all 3 patches, and my pharmacy can’t figure out where to get my old prescription from, so I’m basically out of luck this month. Each of the 3 have fallen off in less than 4 days. I had used Xulane for 9 months without any issues. Zafemy also made me break out in a rash and hives for the first day of every patch. Definitely do not recommend. Read More Read Less
