I’ve been on wegovy for 4 weeks and have lost 16lbs so far. I have little to no symptoms with only slight nausea. My appetite has cut in half and I’m less inclined to over eat. I physically can’t! I’m ecstatic of the results and hope to see the weight keep shedding.

Took my first shot last night . Let’s just say that I got serious nausea and felt like vomiting. I thought it was cause of our dinner and food poisoning. Turns out after all that and being able to sleep I woke up and have been have some of the same symptoms. Sucky part is I can not keep anything down . I tired drinking green tea and not even 20 minutes later I had to throw it up . Had some madeleines vomit aswell. I looked up and realized the side effects are what I’m having but it hit me so hard this morning that I had to call into work because I didn’t want them thinking I had covid symptoms and send me home . I am on my 4th month at 1.7 of wegovy. I have had minimal side effects including nausea and constipation. Some diarrhea as well on and off. However, I have stuck to it and lost 43 pounds which has improved my health and self esteem. I would and have recommended it to many friends and coworkers. It got started when the coupon offer was available however it has since gone away. I am concerned when I stop in a few weeks. It has really helped to keep my appetite reduced. started my first .25 dose this week- yesterday ...so far a little nausea but other then that no other side effects. Wondering how quick the weight will come off.... as far as eating I really don't have the need just feel blah. Any comments on your experience would be great :)

On my 4th week of .25. Lost nothing, might even have gained a pound. The weight is like glue on me. I am on a calorie restrictive diet so I am not overeating. I am on thyroid meds, the initial reason why I gained 30lbs. so not sure that is the reason why it's not workingl Anyone else having the same result?

What I find hilarious about Wogovy and similar meds that are touted as a great way to lose weight is the fact that they make you feel like crap, and THAT'S the way they make you lose weight. Lol. Nobody will tell you this beforehand, however. I have had only one dose, so the jury is out in whether this actually works for me, but I have been dizzy and woozy since starting it. I'd better get over that, or I'm done.

Giving myself the shot is stressful; it is not painful you just have to push the pen so hard it creates anxiety. I started at .25 for a month and am on .5 for one and a half months and was nauseous for a month. I found taking the shot at night has helped with that. I have lost 12 pounds and It curbs my appetite like nothing else has, I no longer crave sweets or snacks; I am not waking up in the middle of the night to get a snack which been amazing! I started Wegovy on Aug 17th, so I'm 3 months in and have lost 25lbs. I'm currently on 1.7 doses for this month. I've not changed anything in my lifestyle. I will say that Wegovy helps me crave only nutritious foods and drinks. It's totally changed my taste buds. What that means is some foods/drinks i used to enjoy, i no longer crave and in fact, I now dislike them. No more coffee for me at all. No more sweets, chocolates, etc. I seriously had an addiction to chocolate kisses and now just the sight of them makes me slightly nauseous. I don't really exercise either, so like I said my weight loss is all Wegovy. I have a minor side effect of nausea but it's mostly when i wake up in the morning. I started last Friday, I am ok Saturday but Sunday night star my diarrhea, bloating and burping for 2 day, after that happen I am feeling so tired and so fatigue; when eating something immediately go to the toilet, all night like that . Stop now but I lost my appetite and I tired. I have high blood pressure,Rheumatoid Arthritis and fibromyalgia and I take a lot 7 different pills every day for my diseases . I decided not take anymore wegovy , because I do not liked lost weight like that. Thanks.

This medication has worked wonders for me. I am irritable and notice heartburn and headaches if I don't eat (since this curbs hunger and cravings). I am on my second round of .5 mg after three weeks at .25 mg. I accidentally took a 1 mg dose instead of the .5 dose. Anyone else do this? Any reactions?

Overall Wegovy has been one of the best weight loss tools I have ever used. However, those that are using this or considering using this need to understand just that, it is only a tool. Wegovy has allowed me to feel fuller almost every single day, without eating 1/2 of what I put on my plate. I am on my 2nd dose of .5 (about 6 weeks) and have lost 18 lbs. I do a lot of cardio, but I also love the gym. I feel nauseous if I eat too much or too much of something with too much sugar or fat. I feel this is teaching me how to eat better. I'm on my 4th dose of the .25 & only lost 8 pds. Its seems to be working, I found out that drinking beer is a NO GO for me. I havnt had any major problems with. I'm not as hungry as I thought I would be.

I am only two weeks in but seeing definite results. I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks with a combination of Wegovy, exercise, and a 1200 cal/day diet. I've noticed that Wegovy has curbed my appetite BIG TIME which is helpful since I've cut my intake in half. Some negative side effects I've been experiencing are: 1. constipation 2. headache 3. slight hair loss (this may be more from the reduced cal diet vs Wegovy) I feel good though and I can't wait to give an update in a month or two!

I just started the 1.0 MG dose. I haven't had any trouble at all, except 1 night of horrible heartburn... that's it. I have a very large numb area on my left thigh from when I was pregnant, so I have no issues with taking the injection lol. So far, after 9 injections I've lost 30 lbs. I haven't gotten a whole lot of energy back yet... I'll be glad when it does.

I am on week 5 on 0.5 injections and don’t notice that I am any less hungry. Lost 2 pounds. I eat just as much as I did before stating the medication so it is not working well for me.

No carvings at all. Im able to stick to eating under 1200 calories per day. Doesn't hurt. Mouth nausea dissipates after about a month 3rd Month in...171-150. I love it

I have been on Wegovy for almost 3 weeks now and have lost 8lbs. I had a baby in January 2021 and have had the hardest time losing the weight. The only side effect that I have had is a little constipation, other than that- this has been a life saver!! I will continue to update everyone as I take the medication. My goal is to lose 30lbs to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight! I am currently at 183lbs.

Wegovy has been great for me July20th was my start day and my weight was 206. I'm able to get my medication for 25$ each month. I did experience some nausea and feeling quizzy no vomiting. Yes it has been difficulty to get the dose of medication from pharmacies when you need it but my pharmacist has been great about looking around and getting it to me in time for increase. However when i increased to 1mg my body could not handle it , I became nervous on the inside and not eating hardly any food. The taste of most foods I love and have been eating for years no longer taste the same therefore I don't have a taste for anything so my provider switch me back down to the 0.5 and I'm am doing great. I have been on ozempic for weight loss since May. I have lost 40 lbs. after getting through side effects over the first month. I am currently at 1mg/week but want to increase my dose to 1.5. As everyone knows, this drug is very expensive. I have a couple of cartridges containing .5 or just 1mg. My question for anyone with any knowledge or experience: can I inject .5 of one pen and 1mg from another to bring my dose to where it needs to be? I will not discard any of this medication! Just completed my 12th week injection and I’m down 32 lbs so far! I spent one month at .25 and two at .5. Moving up to 1mg next week. Did experience bad nausea for a while, so my Dr prescribed Zofran and I take one pill before the injection and I don’t have any issues now. Definitely cuts my hunger/cravings way down. I focus on eating clean/lean proteins, fruit/veg, dairy (Greek yogurt) and very few grains. I’m diligent about checking labels and learned early on not to cheat. This medication will let you know fast if it doesn’t like something you ate and you won’t forget. Been working with a Dietitian and she really helped me with making smart food choices. Exercising one day a week with a trainer and hoping to increase that soon. Weighing myself daily which has really helped. I can tell how my body responds to any new foods this way. I first tried getting the medication at CVS and Walgreens and they weren’t able to get it. My local CVS still can’t (asked them recently). I use an independent local pharmacy now and they have no issues getting it. Go figure. Briefly used the coupon code, which was great, but my insurance has authorized paying for it, so that’s even easier.
