Son loves it. Switched from vyvanse as doc recommended it for help with decreased appetite and issues getting to sleep. After two days my son was eating more and going to sleep on time. All concerns I had about vyvanse affecting his growth were apparently legit and this med has completely removed the issue. His behavior improves faster in the morning as an unexpected bonus. It's only been two ...

Had high hopes of this medication working. Unfortunately it didn’t do much. At least compared to what I experienced with adhansia xr which is now unavailable. My doctor was all excited about this product and it was really lackluster and I didn’t quite reach my daily potential. Now we’re going to have to look at switching to something else since adhansia is gone and Azstarys underperformed.

Ivan finally focus again. It starts working fast and lasts the whole day for me. Everyone is different but Azstarys works for me.

Azstarys helps me get through the day and keep up with the grandkids. It helps me stay focused on long car trips. Great drug.

Hands down the best ADHD med I've taken to date. Tried them all and some better than others, but not quite 100%. So when I was told this new one came out I wanted to try it and so glad I did. Zero side effects too. Love it.

I just tried and got off of Azstarys. At the lowest dose, it did nothing. The medium dose was slightly better but not as effective as the Vyvanse I've been on. At the highest dose, I had two-three days of an extremely high heart rate/bp, and felt anxious/panicky even when the HR and BP numbers went down later in the day. I do drink coffee in the morning but never had an issue with it on Vyvanse--I'm on 60 mg of Vyvanse normally. I may try it again without coffee to see if it helps the ADHD symptoms. I will say, I do believe that the crash issue with Vyvanse is less pronounced on Azstarys. I was REALLY hoping this would work. I know that Ritalin often works best for children, and Azstarys is in the Ritalin family. And I have read that drugs in the Adderall family often work best for adults. Read More Read Less

Its funny how so many people on ADHD still have not realized that one drug works differently on others based on their DNA makeup and Diet. Their is no 1 drug fits all hence the reason so many ADHD drugs on the market some work better for others especially ones that mix other drugs. All I can say is my Wife has made the switched and after 3-4 weeks has adjust VERY WELL on the Middle dosage of the 3, it kicks in after about 45 minutes and last all day very smooth, tolerable, HIGE amount of focus compared to the numerous other ADHD drugs she has tried to use and when she comes down at night its mellow and able to sleep. BEST part she has an appetite again no hunger suppression just very clear head and able to focus all day. Been very very good to her this far after being on it now for nearly 4 months. Just know everyone is different so people that have had some bad experiences are not all the same, only trust yourself/child taking the drug all our reviews mean nothing as everyone will be a bit different so at least give it a try glad my wife did. Best of luck ADHD community this is another fantastic tool (option) in the large adhd drug space.Read More Read Less

I used to take Vyvanse at 6AM and a small dose of Adderall at 2PM when it started to wear off . The combination worked well but when it wore off in the evenings, it left me feeling really tired and irritable. I didn't used to take anything at weekends which meant that most of the weekend I felt tired. Vyvanse also made my blood pressure go up substantially. I switched to Azstarys about 8 weeks ago, started on the 39.2 mg/7.8 mg strength for 7 days and then increased to the 52.3 mg/10.4 mg. Overall it works much better than Vyvanse. I take it later (around 7:30AM) because it starts to work much faster and it is still feel the effect at 5:30PM when I finish work. I don't feel the same tiredness/irritability when it wears off and my blood pressure is better. I'm very pleased I switched. The one downside is the cost. it is not covered by my insurance and so I have been using a coupon from the manufacturer. It costs me $50/month with the coupon. I have no idea if/when my insurance will cover it and so if the coupon stops, I'll have to switch back as without insurance, it's really expensive. Read More Read Less

My son has been on this medication for about 6 weeks and it's working great! He tried Concerta and Adderall but the side effects were awful. He has had some weight loss but that may have started previously when using the other meds. It is also a bit harder for him to fall asleep at night but I am hoping this will get better, Melatonin helps for now. His teacher has nothing but great things to say about his personality and performance at school. Very happy with this mediaction!

I was having difficulty managing my work and bills. Doctor thought I might have ADD. Thought I might need a drug. Gave it a shot. My whole world feels calmer and in focus on Azstarys. Works fast and lasts the whole day.

Was having problems getting my day going because my medication seemed to take forever to work. My doctor told me that this product would work because it starts working sooner than the long acting part because of some instant release thing built in. Being an adult with adhd, I’ve tried everything, and other than a little kick in in the morning, and being on the highest dose, it stopped working by 3pm. My next step was adding a instant release on at the end of the day and that made me moody. He switched me to a drug you take at night and kicks in before you wake up which is exactly what I need. Dude. This drug sucks and made me super down and blue feeling. My doctor wanted me to try it because he said it would be smoother. I was taking Vyvanse 70mg and crash and get grumpy mid afternoon. Honestly I felt nothing but depressive thoughts and no focus!

My daughter never quite reached her best on this medicine. The middle dose wasn’t enough, and the highest dose made her zombie-like almost catatonic. Doctor urged us to wait it out. Nothing has improved.

I’ve been on lots of ADHD drugs before but always crash hard when they wear off. Azstarys works longer than most of what I’ve tried and has a much easier letdown at night. Happy with the results.

At the highest dose this medication did nothing for my son. He did well on Vyvanse but I feel lacked emotional control. Was hoping this would be the solution to his challenges because supposedly they are similar. By Vance is gold compared to this. The stuff did nothing took forever to kick in and my son all of a sudden experienced insomnia when he never had it on Vyvanse. He’s going back to Vyvanse after I pick up prescription tonight.

This medication has overall been horrible. It hasn't improved my ADHD at all, and has instead made me feel extremely depressed/emotionless with headaches and extreme fatigue. It might be a good fit for you but I will never take this medication again and don't recommend it.

At the highest dose, this medication was most effective after one hour from the time I gave it to my daughter, and didn’t get any more effective after 2-3 hours. From that point forward during the day, it didn’t work any better. 2 weeks of school so far, and she is not doing well in any of her classes. We have a med management app with her doctor tomorrow and I’m demanding she be switched. Very disappointed. This is not like vyvanse at all.

My daughter will be starting school soon. She has tried multiple ADHD drugs in the past, but they made her too irritable. Azstarys has been much better with less mood changes so far.

Started Azstarys just before my exams. I was able to focus for hours straight and got almost straight 4.0. I’ve taken other stimulants before and this one was completely different. It slowly wore off and let me get a perfect night sleep. Totally recommend.
