It has made my hot flashes go away. I am better able to sleep. Side effects for me is blood pressure and heart rate have increased. I am also have gastric issues. I am discussing with my Dr. to seen if I should alter the dosage. I was on .5/.5 but I was not able to sleep through hot flashes.

I'm using this to treat endometriosis until I can have surgery. The first week on it was great, finally stopped bleeding. This is 3rd week and I am miserable! Having hot flashes, crazy mood swings and started bleeding again!

Good news: my hot flashes and vaginal dryness have disappeared! Bad news: after having taken it for several months, I'm bleeding - 5th day now. I have an appointment Monday to see what's up.

Going back to the brand name Activella. Had hoped the generic would have helped me, since I have no medical insurance. I feel major anxiety, and no patience with anyone, also causing more weight gain.
