Medication works great but I am beginning to question how long I've been using it (over 5 yrs) since I developed cataracts in both eyes, am being watched for glaucoma (pressure in the eye) and osteoporsis and I'm only 51

This, with Accolate, I have been on for about 8 yrs. Combination has allowed me to play DDR, be around allergens and generally stay out of the hospital. Love it.

I'm 31 female. I'm really concerned, I have had two seizures the last two days. This is a side affect of this medication. Do I breathe or do I suffer?

I ended up in the cardiologist office with sever heart palpitations and arrhythmia. I could really breathe – but the Dr.’s thought that I had caused damage to my heart from the medication. After a battery of test – no more Advair and no more problems. I have never experienced heart problems prior and am now on Asmanex – and no heart problems and .... MUCH BETTER

After trying other available preventative medications and having none work well, I began to use Advair right after it came out. I have successfully used it for years with no problems.

I LOVE this product, but I'm very concerned about its risks that I hear about. My sister-in-law is a pharmasist, and she has heard lots of issues with people who have died because of this product. Yes, died. I'm still a user, but with great concern. just an FYI

I was using my fast acting inhaler every few hours my dr. put me on flovent but it didn't work for me. So he thought we'd give advair a try. I haven't had to use my fast acting inhaler in months and its been so long since I needed one, that they all exp. on me! Best inhaler out there but sure needs a more buget friendly price.

I guess I had one of the serious side effects they talk about. I started shaking uncontrollably and had chills. The medics had never seen anything like it. It scared me so bad that I'd rather have an attack than go through that again.

Best asthma medication I've ever used. I no longer experience any symptoms and I have not had any side effects (former inhalants would occasionally cause my heart to beat quickly). This drug is so effective I question whether I still have asthma.
