I think its great that a small pink pill replaced nights of inputting creams and days of it leaking out. My experience was positive very satisfied with results and will use again if needed. No side effects - took pill out night before bed just in case. I get yeast infections offen because I think I have allergies from my husbands semin, for real. for some reason if I let him do his business inside...

Used many times and it worked great. This time though, it didn't work at all. Tried monistat and that didn't work at all. And I can't get in to see my doctor for 5 days! Going to try garlic while I wait.

The only reason this medicine scores its average current rating is because it's a pill and 'ease of use' as a statistic guarantees it good numbers. Took 300mg single dose for Tinea versicolor. I have been dizzy and weak with diarrhea. I have suffered continuous stomach pain for about 6 days now. Was meant to take a second dose but my skin will have more scales than a snake before I take that pill again!

These pills are NOT coated and give off the WORST taste. I cant say how many times I have gaged trying to take them or thrown up trying to take them. I have found taking them with egg nog from October to February helps coat throat before swallowing.

My Doctor gave me two pills; One for each week. So far no side effects at all (and no this is not my only medication.) When monistat wouldn't work, this works. It's so much easier than the creams and weird egg thing and a lot less messier.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Do not take this medication until you've looked up all side effects. I've personally experienced, light-headedness, shortness of breath and throbbing heart beat (which make it hard for me to fall/stay asleep), some nausea, and loss of appetite. I SEVERELY DO NOT think it's worth it. I had to go to the ER just for them to tell me it's fine BUT I DO NOT FEEL FINE. One review said her doctor told her to wait until the medication clears from your system in 10 days. But that's a lot of days to feel like DEATH.Read More Read Less

Tears in mouth and throat. Cotton mouth. Tightness of throat, chest and difficulty breathing and swallowing. Itchiness all over including eyes, lips and nose. May trigger or worsen anxiety, depression, and nightmares. Lower back and abdominal pain, although that couldâ??ve just been from my period coming. Nausea, some diarrhea or tarry stool, and loss of appetite. Recommended by doctor, wish they had told me about the side effects. Never had such extreme side effects from a prescription, I donâ??t even have any allergies. I will go back to taking the monistat suppository. Itâ??s different for everyone this was just my experience. The heavy discharge disappeared but the irritation did not. Read More Read Less

Taking 400 mg of fluconazole for 11 months due to Valley Fever (Coccidioidomycosis). Must drink plenty of water when taking fluconazole. I get regular 3 month blood test for liver panels to make sure my liver is not being damaged. Hair loss first 4 months and altered taste are th ebiggrst symptoms. Also suppresses appetite.

I've had several vaginal yeast infections since October 2018, & have used at least 3 Fluconazole pills. They have done nothing for me, & now it's worse again so now have to try something else.
