I awake in the middle of the night with heartburn. I take one packet of Heartburn Relief To-Go (mixed berry), and go back to sleep in minutes. I would highly recommend this particular brand but others may work just as well.

This is used as a filler in my vitamin D3. It makes my heart pound. It's awful.

I have used calcium carbonate for many years. I finally realized that it was causing a delay or stopage of food in my lower esophagus before it got to my stomach. Tapping on my stomach with small intakes of water would get the food to slowly go down. Ingesting too much water would cause a water blockage all the way up to my throat and I would have to cough or vomit out the water. I have stopped taking calicum carbonate for indegestion.
