I had problems with the liver, but this drug helped me. Do not increase the recommended dose, as this can cause side effects. I bought Actigall here: https://wellmed24.com/buy-actigall-online

I was just diagnosed with PBC last month. I am currently using this drug. I have been experiencing extreme nausea that lasts for 1 to 3 hours after taking it morning and night. I don't have any results yet so am unsure if it is working but, my experience thus far has been miserable. Hoping I acclimate soon and the nausea will go away.

Took for about a year for general disease progression. Stopped because of chronic diarrhea. Deteriorated for several years to severly ill, needing Liver soon. Was restarted on med for general purpose. Very surprised at body response.. 100% improvement in memory problems, energy, overall ability to perform my own ADLs. Had not worked outside in yard for a couple years. Now back to 50% activities
