The drug works but it makes me feel cloudy headed,forgetfull. I also noticed that my hands were shaking all day. I don't think its good to take while at work.

It made me very dizzy, sleepy, and my stomach is upset. No go for me.

I've taken Mucinex DM and Mucinex D (on two different occasions) and never had any side effects. The DM suppressed my cough, and overall made me feel better. I never had any drowsy or lightheaded feelings. I'm 23, female, 5'10 and 175lbs.

I have been taking this for 2.5 days with no effect. I will not use this again. My $10 would have been better spent tissues!

I have only taken it for a month but it has been very effective so far in stopping my cough and has also cleared my head from a stuffed up feeling.

This medicine has worked great for me, it breaks up the mucus and reduced the cough. I'm a fan.

Too many side effects for me . It did clear me up a bit but that's it . Lots of diarrhea , drowsiness and nausea .Don't think I'm taking it again .

This really cleared up my chest congestion. I haven't had none of the dizzy or loopy side effects that are mentioned here. I did have to pee alot. I did drink a lot of water with this as told my a doctor and pharmacist.

I took this medicine for cold symptoms (also a cough). I'm a female 5'4" and 125 lbs. Four hours later, I experienced dizziness, nausea and a little diahrea. I couldn't concentrate, had a terrible headache and very tired. Went to bed for 12 hours. It's been 20 hours since I took this medicine and I still feel "loopy". Will not take another dose.

I was recommended this drug by an ENT after having a serious allergic reaction to just about everything in the environment! I took the full dosage, 2 pills. When the immediate release action kicked in, I started to feel very dry in the throat and mouth. Later on when the extended release kicked in, I was awakened in the middle of the night by something external and was completely unable to fall back asleep - very uncommon for me. Awful experience! I took it before bed to help supress the cough it helped and I slept for about an hour..woke up feeling very uncomforable heart is racing, difficulty breathing, dizzy and nauseous. Feels like I'm having an anxiety attack! And I can not get back to sleep..

I'm not a big fan of this stuff. Two minutes after taking it I almost had a panic attack due to major anxiety. Luckily that stopped after a few minutes. Cough has stopped, but I feel more stuffed up. Breathing is more labored than before. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I have been having chest and sinus congestion. This helped clear up the chest congestion fairly well for about 8 hours having taken one pill. I took it along with pseudoephedrine and have felt wonderful since. I am a bit drowsy but that is going to happen. I'm 23, 5'11 and 180lbs.

I had severe a cough and I believe bronchotis. I took this for several days and it made a huge difference for me and worked much better for me than the Dayquil I was taking. I had no side effects.

I had a excessive coughing,sore throat, coughing phlegm. I took one pill every 12 hrs.for three day. worked very well for me with no side effects.

This product has possible serious side effects. It was bought and used believing it had none as per the instructions. My son (20) took 2 and said how well it worked but then had to keep visiting the toilet. Two hours after taking the second dose he was seriously affected with vomitting and dilated pupils, finding it very difficult to breath. Very scary for both of us. It lasted for 15 mins, I was on the verge of dialing 911.

I take generic Paxil. is that a problem?

Took 2, and while I have yet to see if it works for the congestion, it gave me anxiety and nervousness. Won't take this drug again - and now that I know that other people experienced the same, I will always read reviews before buying an over the counter drug.
