After 4 years (and several other medications) of only averaging 2-3 hours sleep every 2-3 days (Obviously omitting periods of extreme fatigue hospitaliztions when drug induced sleep was used). My Dr. told me to try the 3mg version of Lunesta. From the first day and for almost 3 months now I have averaged 7-9 hours sleep every day feeling totally refreshed and rested and with 10 times the energy I ...
I HATE LUNESTA. I took the medication one night and i withdrawled. It made me feel so depressed and down i cannot explain. And that taste in my mouth felt like whatever i drank or ate has chemicals in it. I absolutely have nothing to say about this. It made my body feel tired but not my mind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THIS EVER.

Have been taking Lunesta 3MG nightly for about a week now. Works fairly well. Keeps me from waking up several times throughout the night. Does leave a bad taste in my mouth however. Overall, very satisfied the results.

It has changed my life. It lets me go to bed with a reasonable expectation of falling asleep and staying asleep. I now get at least 5 hours of good deep sleep most evenings sometimes 6 hours.

I took the three mg dose approximately twenty minutes before bedtime and I was asleep quickly and I slept soundly through out the night. I would recommend it to anyone have episodic insomnia.

This medicine has worked very well for me. It is really nice to have a sleeping medicine that does not make me groggy the next morning and that I do not feel that I have to take every night. It is a great option for those nights that I know that I will have trouble sleeping or for a stressful period of time when sleep is difficult. I have not had any problems with Lunesta, it has worked very well for me.

I have oa and fibro and have trouble sleeping some nights. I am exhausted after a few nights of not sleep, this is when I take Lunesta oral. I take 1 pill at night usually 1-2 nights a week. Works very good for me.

Lunesta has been a life saver. Having Systemic Lupus, Fibromyalgia & Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I need my sleep! It has helped me to function as normally as possible.

Doesn't always work, but better than anything else I tried. I do apparently talk sometimes and some sleepwalking but I was a talker and sleepwalker before.

My mother suffered a hemorraghic stroke and, as a result, was unable to sleep at all. Her brain never stopped and she was in a constant state of exhaustion. The doctor started her on Lunesta and she is now able to fall asleep. She doesn't sleep all the way thru the night, but a small dose of antivan in the middle of the night puts her right back to sleep.
