I was prescribed this for my acute bronchitis. I don't take it as much for the day time but I love it for sleeping. It allows me to sleep without coughing every 2 seconds!

Post nasal drip cough got really bad at nights, became hard to sleep. So I was prescribed Codeine (pharmacist gives me Virtussin).
