My gastroenterologist recommended this for my IBS symptoms about 5 years ago, as he suspected that I might have a digestive enzyme deficiency. Noticed no difference for the first couple months, but then got progressively better. Less bloating and cramping. Almost never have bowel spasms anymore, EXCEPT when I went on vacation for 3 weeks and forgot them. Won't make that mistake again.

It created the very issues it claims to relieve. Indigestion, nausea, cramps & constipation.
