Like the other reviewers that had success with this, I too tried everything for nasal polyps. I had surgery years ago to get rid of them, but they returned. After two years of trying with saline solution washes (netti pot) and Flonase, Xhance coupled with allergy medicine has done the trick. I can finally smell and taste, and I can breathe through my nose. I was afraid I would have to surgery agai...

I have been using Xhance for the last year and in the last 3 months the devices have leaked and would no longer hold pressure before releasing the spray.

I have tried EVERYTHING for my sinusitis. My ENT gave me Xhance to try and within a week I felt like I have new pipes. Lets see if the benefit lasts but so far so good. And so simple to use....

CVS substituted $900 Xhance for the $30 generic fluticasone my doctor prescribed. They must be in collusion with the manufacturer. This product does nothing more than the generic does except include a $870 piece of plastic that breaks and looks like a sex toy.

After three nasal polyp surgeries, my Allergist and ENT physicians finally prescribed this medication to me. Since I have been using Xhance regularly, I have not had any allergic symptoms and my sense of smell has been prevalent, which I am excited about. I have to use two sprays, twice a day in addition to sinus rinses and my quality of life has improved significantly. With Spring coming up in a few months, I am curious to see how my current regiment holds up during that time of year.

So far this medication is working pretty well. I had sinus surgery in December 2017 to correct a deviated septum, nasal polyps, and congestion. I've been taking Xhance for about a month now, and I've had no breathing issues except minor congestion, which is a side effect of the medicine. I don't have the seasonal allergies I normally would have this time of year. The part that you blow into became blocked (I couldn't blow into it.) after a few days of use, so I just use it like you would Flonase instead. I've gotten a nose bleed, which is also a side effect.Read More Read Less
