I started taking Acalabrutinib April 29, 2022. I started noticing hair shedding early July and it has become more lately, my hair has become much thinner in only a matter of 5 to 6 weeks. Also, the texture has become very dry. If this keeps up I will have very little hair left at this rate of hair loss. I mentioned this to my oncologist and she said she has had other patients tell her the same thing. My doctor could not tell me if this is temporary or not - I was told it will probably not stop. Hair loss is not noted as a side effect. Had FCR back in 2017 with none of these side effects! I asked for FCR again all I got from my doctors was a head shake NO. Read More Read Less
