I took a different brand Prenatal and this one is much better. I am not sure how or why because the vitamins are virtually identical in dose to the other but I have had only one side effect and that was a metallic taste in my mouth for the first few days. After that no digestion issues which is good because I battle with nausea every time I get hungry! I take the pill in the morning with breakfast...

I do not get nauseous at all when taking this medicine. It is sweet tasting so no nasty taste in my mouth. I really like it. I take it because the CDC recommends all women of child bearing age take a prenatal vitamin. I am glad that I take this because I notice I have more energy.
