Tylenol hour oral tablets for me, I may as well just drink water. No relief from lower back pain at all. Jean

I took this drug for several years on a daily basis for arthritis pain and now I have an auto-immune disease called hemolytic anemia which is life threatening. Tylenol is associated with this disease. taking it long term can change your antibodies and cause them to kill your red blood cells. I am on chemo drugs and high dose steroids just to stay alive. Please do not take this drug long term. There were no warnings on the containers but it is not safe to take this drug every day.

Very quick release. The medicine is candy coated so it doesn't have that chalky taste.

to the person that asked about blood thinner. Tylenol is not asked to be stopped before surgery, other then usually 12-24 hours pre surgery. It doesn't contain blood thinners or antiinflammatory's. Good luck with your surgery
