I have been taking Dalmane (Flurazepam) for years. Generic is inexpensive(no insurance. I take one 30mg capsule about 45 minutes before bedtime and I sleep great!

This drug helped me to go to sleep and stay asleep all night, if awaken during the night I was able to go back to sleep. I had been waking up during the night for 2-3 hours before I could go back to sleep then waking up mentally and physically tired. After taking this for a couple of nights I tend to get back on a regular sleep pattern.

This has helped trememdously with my trouble sleeping due to another medication that I am taking that causes insomnia. I was not sure about taking anything for sleep but this has more than taken care of the problem.
