Eric S. Daar, MD, works at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he is director of the division of infectious diseases, medical director of the AIDS and Immune Disorder Center, and an associate physician and research scientist. He is also an associate professor at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine. A two-time recipient of the Golden Apple Award for Teaching Excellence, Daar completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA and received his medical degree from the Georgetown School of Medicine.
