Luciana A. Hardin is a certified nutritionist, intern acupuncturist, and health educator with more than 13 years of experience as staff nutritionist to holistic health clinics. She is currently a teacher-coordinator for the Los Angeles Healthy Meals Team, making presentations at LA-area schools and participating in advocacy work aimed at improving the quality of food served in public school cafeterias. She is also in private practice at the Rochford Clinic in Beverly Hills, Calif., and is working on her master's in traditional oriental medicine.
