Keri Glassman, MS, RD, CDN, is the president of Keri Glassman, A Nutritious Life, a nutrition counseling and consulting practice that emphasizes a whole-person approach to health. The “Nutritious Life Cycle” includes getting adequate sleep, managing stress, exercising, and having joy in one’s life, in addition to pampering, weight loss maintenance, exercise, and pre- and post-natal nutrition. She also has developed a line of food-based skin care products (Skin Appétit); her "Healthy Beauty"skin care line will be launched in early 2010.
Glassman is the author of The O2 Diet: The Cutting Edge, Antioxidant-Based Program That Will Make You Healthy, Thin and Beautiful. Her first book, the Snack Factor Diet, was published in 2007.
Glassman holds a Master of Science in clinical nutrition from New York University. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Greater New York Dietetic Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, the Weight Management Dietetics Practice Group, the Women’s Sports Foundation, and the New York Road Runner’s Club. She was an All-American lacrosse player at Tufts University and has completed the New York City Marathon and triathlons. Keri resides in New York City with her husband, Brett, and their children, Rex and Maizy.
