Loretta LaRoche is an international stress management and humor consultant and an adjunct faculty member for The Behavior Institute of Medicine, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. She is the author of the best-selling "Relax -- You May Only Have a Few Minutes Left."
Her current PBS special, "Relax, You Only Live Once," serves up copious amounts of the latest LaRoche techniques to use humor, laughter, and humanity for a healthier existence. Past PBS specials "The Joy of Stress" and "Humor Your Stress" were nominated for local or prime-time Emmy Awards.
