The main way to avoid becoming infected with the coronavirus is to practice strict social distancing. Because of limited testing, this is the only way to keep asymptomatic carriers away from people that have not yet been infected. It’s also important to realize that more and more data shows that the more symptomatic people are the more likely they are to spread the infection.
