Mark Allen is a six-time winner of the Ironman Triathalon, a 10-time undefeated champion of the Nice International Triathalon, and the only triathlete in history to have a 20-race winning streak. Allen and his wife, Julie Moss (herself an accomplished triathlete and former Ironman champion), are the authors of "Workouts for Working People."
