Mark Feldman, MD, FACP

Mark Feldman, MD, FACP, is the William Tschumy Chairman of the department of internal medicine at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and clinical professor of internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is also the medical director for research at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

As an expert medical reviewer for WebMD Health, he evaluates a sampling of heartburn articles to ensure our content reflects current medical standards of care and is accurate and balanced. Feldman is also associate editor of gastroenterology for ACP Medicine, a publication of the American College of Physicians published by WebMD. He has also served as a consultant for numerous publications, including The New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of the American Medical Association, Annals of Internal Medicine, and Gastroenterology.

Feldman graduated from Temple University before earning his MD at Temple University School of Medicine and completing his internship and residency at Temple University Hospital. He went on to receive an NIH research fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas, Parkland Memorial Hospital, and the Dallas VA Hospital.
