Marvin Schachter is president of the Advisory Council of the Los Angeles County Area Agency on Aging and the chairman of the Senior Advisory Council of Pasadena, Calif. A lifetime member of the Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union, Mr. Schachter was educated at Brooklyn College, University of Chicago, Columbia University, and Cambridge University.
