Noa Davenport, PhD, is an affiliate assistant professor of cultural anthropology at Iowa State University and co-author of Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the Workplace. She has worked internationally in research, administration, and teaching in governmental and nonprofit organizations and in higher education. She is also principal of DNZ Consulting & Associates, which focuses on conflict management education.
