Penny Wise Budoff, MD, received her medical degree from State University of New York, Syracuse, N.Y. in 1963. She completed an internship at St. Lukes Hospital, Utica, N.Y. in 1964. She was the director of the Penny Wise Budoff, MD, Women’s Health Services affiliated with North Shore University Hospital, and she was the Founder of the Penny Wise Budoff, MD, Women’s Medical Center.
