Robert S. Milanese is president and CEO of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (www.napmnet.org), a trade group that represents generic-drug manufacturers in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining the association in 1988, Milanese was managing director of the Perlite Institute, Inc., an international trade association serving the perlite industry worldwide.
