Ron Rowell, MPH

Ron Rowell, MPH, is founder and executive director of the National Native American AIDS Prevention Center. His previous public health experience ranges from health planning and refugee resettlement to coordination of the HIV antibody testing program at the San Francisco Department of Health. He serves as a member of the editorial advisory committee of AIDS in the World, a publication of Harvard University's Global AIDS Policy Coalition, and on the editorial board of the professional journal Current Issues in Public Health. Rowell received his master's degree in public health from the University of California at Berkeley.
