Sirah Vettese, PhD, has been a practicing counselor since 1979. She is also a health educator, writer, seminar leader, and author of best-selling audio programs, including "Deep Relaxation." As a lecturer, Vettese has conducted seminars all over the world. A skilled vocalist, she has performed on numerous albums, including "Celestine Prophecy," "Ayman Doorways," and a new release in Europe, "Calm Your Mind." Vettese has done extensive work in the area of emotional literacy and was concept co-creator of emotional literacy workbooks for children and parents.
