I just noticed I was feeling bad this afternoon. Sore throat, achy glands in the neck, general fatigue and a cough. I remembered I had bought this in case my husband or I ever got the flu. I read the directions and took the first dose around 5:30 pm. It is 10 pm and I almost feel normal. I will take another dose later tonight and feel certain it has nipped it in the bud. Amazing!!
