I just started taking Okinawa Life, inwhich Zedoary root is the main ingredient. The instructions say to take five pills in the morning, I took two pills at night. I noticed dizziness, light headedness. I am not sure if it was from the pills or not. I did not take another dose, but will take one pill this morning as a test.
