I am a Pre-Professional Dancer, I typically use arnica to help treat sore muscles. But recently while dancing I sprained my ankle worse than I ever have in my life. There was a loud crack and my ankle swelled up to be about the size of an orange. I immediately started taking arnica tablets and by the next day the swelling had died down to almost nothing.

I have used arnica as a topical for many years. Now my surgeon wants me to take it post surgically for healing and pain relief. I'm excited to try it because it has been wonderful topically.

The Arnica was actually for my soon to be 15 yr old husky\wolf that had major reconstructive surgery on a hind leg over 10 years ago, this is when I started him on Arnica. I still hike with him,and because we've had some beautiful weather,over the week we over did it going over small mountains and hiking close to 20k. This morning I could tell he was in pain. He could hardly walk and he was even refusing food. I went to 3 stores before I found the Arnica, then started him on 3 pellets every 4hrs starting at noon. By midnight I saw a noticeable improvement. We even went for a stroll before bed followed by a meal. I think tomorrow I will bring him to the beach so he can enjoy a rehabilitating gentle swim.
