Chronic Phase Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia
Treatment of chronic phase chronic myelogenous leukemia may include the following:
- Drug therapy with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
- High-dose chemotherapy with donor stem cell transplant.
- Biologic therapy (interferon) with or without chemotherapy.
- Chemotherapy.
- Splenectomy.
