This always seems to work better for my sinus burn when I get a cold than even Dayquil for some reason. Helps my headache, the sinus pressure & the awful stuffy nose.

Mainly I have very runny nose. Take 3 tablets in a.m. and have no more problems until late evening. Lasts about 12 hours. Not all pills have product number on them so must be careful to keep pills in marked box.
