As expected with any quality prenatal, this vitamin did cause some constipation and abdominal pain but went away after a few weeks of use. Overall, I find this vitamin to be far superior to the last prenatal I took. It's DHA and iron levels are at the recommended dosage I need and it's gel coating makes it easier to swallow than others... only downside is the price is a little much. First round ...

I have had no problems with this prenatal vitamin. I like the ingredients and have experienced no side effects when taking the medicine (with or without food).

The first week I took the vitamins, I felt great. As I continued to take them, I had increasingly vivid dreams, which became horrible nightmares. In the end, my sleep was negatively impacted by the pills.
