Girl Scout Cookies: Calories, Fat, and More
Heeding the Serving Size
The Nutrition Facts Panel states the number of cookies in a serving. But sometimes it’s hard to listen to logic.
Moderation is the goal, but when cookies taste delicious and you know they only come around once a year, it can be hard to stop after just a few.
To avoid eating the entire sleeve of cookies, start by reading the label so you know exactly how many cookies are in one serving. Next step, portion them out onto a plate, and then put the box away.
More advice: Keep the cookies in the freezer so you won’t be tempted to have to finish them.
